Responsibility
- Sales Leadership: Spearhead branch sales targets for new EV models, developing and executing strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing retail team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily branch operations, including inventory management, customer service, and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and premium buying experience for customers, from test drives to after-sales support, driving loyalty and referrals.
- Market Analysis: Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with manufacturers, finance partners, and internal teams to secure inventory, promotions, and financing solutions that meet customer needs.
- Performance Reporting: Track and analyze KPIs (e.g., sales conversion, customer satisfaction, inventory turnover) and present insights to senior management.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Carro at industry events, community engagements, and media opportunities to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Qualifications
- Proven Leadership: Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive retail management, with a track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.
- EV Knowledge: Familiarity with electric vehicles, their technology, and market trends is a strong advantage.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and financial performance metrics in a retail environment.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term customer relationships.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English (written and verbal) with excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Local Market Expertise: Experience or deep understanding of Bali’s automotive market and consumer behavior is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a bonus.
