Responsibility
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth workflow, resource allocation, and adherence to company policies and industry standards.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for PPF and tinting services.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a high-performance culture with a focus on technical expertise and customer service.
- Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional service delivery, resolving escalations and maintaining a 95%+ customer satisfaction rate.
- Financial Oversight: Manage branch P&L, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis to optimize financial performance.
- Inventory & Supply Chain: Monitor stock levels of PPF materials, tinting films, and equipment, coordinating with suppliers to prevent shortages.
- Marketing & Partnerships: Collaborate with local dealerships, luxury car clubs, and digital platforms to expand the client base.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all services comply with local regulations and safety protocols for automotive modifications.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years in retail or automotive service management, with at least 2 years in a branch manager role (PPF/tinting industry preferred).
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Paint Protection Film (PPF) and window tinting products, applications, and industry trends.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Sales Acumen: Strong track record in driving revenue growth through strategic sales and customer relationship management.
- Financial Literacy: Experience with P&L management, budgeting, and financial reporting for retail operations.
- Communication: Fluent in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
