Responsibility
- Oversee all branch operations, including sales, service, and spare parts departments, to ensure seamless and efficient workflow.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of sales executives, service advisors, and support staff to deliver exceptional performance.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, and implement cost-control measures where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with Yamaha’s brand standards, company policies, and local regulations in all operational aspects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing concerns and fostering long-term loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and digital strategies to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs, and implement development programs for staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive dealership management, with at least 2 years in a Branch Manager or similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, improving operational efficiency, and driving profitability.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Yamaha products, services, and industry trends is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and financial management tools.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
