Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the laboratory branch, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of laboratory technicians, administrative staff, and customer service representatives.
- Coordinate and optimize laboratory workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround times for diagnostic services.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the branch's customer base, revenue, and market presence in Bali.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation, to achieve branch targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers and patients.
- Collaborate with corporate leadership to align branch operations with organizational goals and initiatives.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Medical Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, laboratory management, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of team leadership, staff development, and operational management in a healthcare or laboratory setting.
- Strong understanding of laboratory processes, quality control, and regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO 15189, Ministry of Health regulations).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and laboratory management software.
- Ability to analyze financial data, manage budgets, and drive revenue growth.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
