Responsibility

  • Lead and manage all branch operations in the assigned Bali region, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch performance targets, including loan disbursement, customer acquisition, and portfolio quality
  • Conduct regular product surveys and community outreach programs to promote Bina Artha Ventura's financial services in local communities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local government officials, community leaders, and business partners to enhance brand visibility
  • Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management with actionable insights
  • Train, mentor, and motivate branch staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve individual and team goals
  • Ensure efficient branch administration, including cash management, documentation, and risk management procedures
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market penetration

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in branch management, preferably in the financial services or microfinance sector
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing branch profitability
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 5+ employees
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • In-depth knowledge of financial products, regulations, and risk management practices
  • Experience working in Bali or familiarity with the local business environment is highly desirable
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region and work in a fast-paced environment
