Responsibility
- Lead and manage all branch operations in the assigned Bali region, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch performance targets, including loan disbursement, customer acquisition, and portfolio quality
- Conduct regular product surveys and community outreach programs to promote Bina Artha Ventura's financial services in local communities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local government officials, community leaders, and business partners to enhance brand visibility
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management with actionable insights
- Train, mentor, and motivate branch staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve individual and team goals
- Ensure efficient branch administration, including cash management, documentation, and risk management procedures
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market penetration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in branch management, preferably in the financial services or microfinance sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing branch profitability
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 5+ employees
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- In-depth knowledge of financial products, regulations, and risk management practices
- Experience working in Bali or familiarity with the local business environment is highly desirable
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region and work in a fast-paced environment
