Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly targets through effective team management and customer engagement.
- Lead, train, and develop a high-performing retail team.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock takes, and coordinate with the warehouse for replenishment.
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation and sales.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or Retail Store Manager.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in sales techniques and customer service best practices.
- Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for sports and retail is a plus.
