Responsibility
- Lead and manage the branch team to achieve sales targets and operational efficiency.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market reach for POS, Payment, and PPOB solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor branch performance, analyze sales data, and implement improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Train and mentor staff to enhance productivity and customer service excellence.
- Collaborate with the headquarters team to align local strategies with company goals.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention through innovative sales and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or branch management, preferably in fintech or payment solutions.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of POS systems, digital payments, and financial technology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and local business landscape is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
