Join Indal Aluminium Industry as a Branch Manager in the vibrant and dynamic regions of Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung). This is a leadership role where you will oversee all operations of our branch office, ensuring seamless coordination, exceptional customer service, and strategic business growth.
As the face of our company in Bali, you will drive sales, manage teams, and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Your leadership will be pivotal in achieving operational excellence, financial targets, and long-term business sustainability in one of Indonesia’s most competitive markets.

Responsibility
- Lead and manage all branch operations, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and business plans to drive revenue growth in the Bali region.
- Oversee daily administrative, financial, and logistical functions of the branch.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and local stakeholders.
- Monitor branch performance metrics, including sales targets, expenses, and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff to ensure high productivity and professionalism.
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate issues to headquarters when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in branch management, sales leadership, or a similar role, preferably in the aluminium, manufacturing, or construction industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing P&L responsibilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and financial management tools.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Willingness to relocate or travel within Bali as required.
