Responsibility
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets and financial goals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, community leaders, and customers.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
