Responsibility
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Monitor branch performance metrics, including sales, customer acquisition, and profitability, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and local business partners to enhance brand reputation and market presence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements to mitigate risks and maintain operational integrity.
- Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff to foster a high-performance culture and ensure team development.
- Oversee inventory management, financial reporting, and budgeting to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management, sales leadership, or financial services, preferably in the automotive or banking sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and managing P&L responsibilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products, sales processes, and regulatory compliance in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and branch management software/tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing market conditions, and make data-driven decisions.
