Responsibility
- Lead and manage daily branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Drive sales performance by setting targets, monitoring progress, and implementing strategies to meet and exceed goals.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and effective complaint resolution.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure merchandise is displayed according to company standards.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Uphold HABIB Groupâs brand standards and policies, ensuring compliance with all operational guidelines.
- Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a branch manager or similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in inventory management, sales analysis, and reporting.
- Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.
