Responsibility
- Participate in an intensive management training program to understand Indomobil Finance's operational standards and strategic objectives.
- Execute branch operational strategies to achieve financial targets, including profit and loss (P&L) management.
- Lead and mentor diverse teams to foster a high-performance culture and ensure compliance with corporate SOPs.
- Manage end-to-end branch operations, from marketing and customer acquisition to credit analysis and collection management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Identify market opportunities and implement localized strategies to increase branch market share.
- Analyze branch performance metrics and provide actionable insights for senior management reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from a reputable university in any field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience, preferably in the multi-finance, banking, or automotive retail sector.
- Proven track record in leadership roles or managing a team is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of credit risk, collection processes, and multi-finance business models.
- Willing to be assigned and relocated to various branches across Indonesia as part of the development path.
