Responsibility
- Assist in the daily operations of branch offices, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to organizational policies.
- Coordinate with team members to implement branch development strategies and community outreach programs.
- Manage administrative tasks, including documentation, reporting, and correspondence with stakeholders.
- Support the logistics and planning of local events, workshops, and initiatives aimed at community engagement.
- Monitor branch performance metrics and assist in preparing analytical reports for management review.
- Liaise with external partners, vendors, and community leaders to foster collaborative relationships.
- Maintain accurate records and databases to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in administrative support, office management, or branch operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data management tools.
- Familiarity with community development principles and a passion for social impact.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Bali for fieldwork or branch visits.
