Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily branch financial operations, including cash collections, disbursements, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and accounting standards.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor branch financial performance and identify areas for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to finance staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a branch or regional role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Leadership skills with a track record of team management and development.
