Responsibility
- Process and record daily cash transactions, including collections and disbursements, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Reconcile cash balances and financial records to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and submit financial reports to branch management and headquarters on a regular basis.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and audits.
- Monitor and manage petty cash funds, ensuring proper documentation and accountability.
- Collaborate with branch staff to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and company procedures to ensure compliance.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing financial inquiries and concerns professionally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a cashier, accounting, or financial operations role.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
