Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the branch office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support branch activities, including logistics, customer service, and inventory management.
- Maintain accurate records of branch transactions, documents, and correspondence using digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis to support branch performance evaluation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and visitor inquiries, with professionalism and courtesy.
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-maintained and functional workspace.
- Support HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards in all administrative processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative, office support, or branch operations roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles or ERP systems is an advantage.
