Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation for media projects.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics for media teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and communications for internal and external use.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and partners to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Support budget tracking and expense reporting for media-related activities.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Provide general office support, including inventory management and equipment coordination.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in media or creative industries.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Familiarity with media production workflows is a plus.
