Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the bowling center, ensuring smooth functionality and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, including promotions, membership programs, and event hosting.
- Monitor and maintain equipment, facilities, and safety protocols to ensure a premium guest experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute localized campaigns and attract new clientele.
- Manage inventory, budgets, and financial reporting to optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health/safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in entertainment, sports, or recreational facilities.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of customer service excellence and conflict resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Indonesian.
- Financial acumen to manage budgets, P&L statements, and cost-control measures.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and operational software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
