Responsibility

  • Oversee daily operations of the bowling center, ensuring smooth functionality and adherence to company standards.

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, including promotions, membership programs, and event hosting.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment, facilities, and safety protocols to ensure a premium guest experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute localized campaigns and attract new clientele.
  • Manage inventory, budgets, and financial reporting to optimize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, health/safety standards, and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in entertainment, sports, or recreational facilities.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
  • Strong understanding of customer service excellence and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Financial acumen to manage budgets, P&L statements, and cost-control measures.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and operational software.
