Responsibility
- Lead and manage the boutique team, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and achieve financial targets.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring a personalized and luxurious shopping experience.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
- Collaborate with the corporate team to align boutique strategies with overall brand objectives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving financial targets.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of the luxury market and customer preferences.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
