Responsibility
- Operate and maintain bottling and packaging equipment to ensure efficient production.
- Assist in the brewing process, including ingredient preparation, mashing, boiling, and fermentation.
- Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks to maintain a hygienic and safe working environment.
- Handle materials and inventory, ensuring proper storage and organization of supplies.
- Monitor quality control measures to uphold product standards and consistency.
- Collaborate with the brewing team to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assist in the maintenance and calibration of brewery equipment as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a brewery, manufacturing, or production environment is a plus.
- Basic understanding of brewing processes and equipment is advantageous.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Familiarity with safety and sanitation practices in a food/beverage production setting.
