Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize storage space and streamline order fulfillment processes.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the warehouse.
- Monitor and report on inventory levels, identifying discrepancies and resolving them promptly.
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing training and guidance to ensure high productivity and efficiency.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to facilitate smooth material flow.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments, generate reports, and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control best practices.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in warehouse settings.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
