Responsibility
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and professional responses.
- Convert leads into confirmed motorcycle rental bookings by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, bookings, and payments in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth handover of bookings and resolve any customer concerns.
- Upsell additional services (e.g., helmets, insurance, guided tours) to maximize revenue per booking.
- Monitor booking trends and provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market opportunities.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with a solution-oriented approach to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Stay updated on company promotions, pricing, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or booking management, preferably in the tourism or rental industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian, are a plus).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, booking platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Familiarity with Bali’s tourism industry and motorcycle rental market is advantageous.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field is a plus.
