Responsibility
- Diagnose and treat various types of cancer using evidence-based medical and therapeutic approaches.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies.
- Collaborate with surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, and other specialists in multidisciplinary tumor boards.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments as needed, and provide compassionate end-of-life care when necessary.
- Educate patients and families about cancer diagnoses, treatment options, and supportive care resources.
- Participate in clinical trials and research initiatives to advance oncology practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with international healthcare standards.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in oncology through continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Medical Oncology (or equivalent international certification).
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in oncology, with a proven track record in patient care.
- Strong knowledge of cancer biology, diagnostic techniques, and cutting-edge treatment modalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and families.
- Fluency in English (additional proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a patient-first mindset.
- Valid medical license or eligibility for licensure in Indonesia (assistance provided for relocation).
