Responsibility
- Perform and interpret endoscopic procedures (EGD, colonoscopy, ERCP, etc.) with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Diagnose and manage a full spectrum of gastrointestinal, hepatic, and pancreatic disorders in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Collaborate with radiologists, pathologists, and surgeons to ensure accurate and timely diagnostic reporting.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients with chronic conditions (e.g., IBD, IBS, liver disease).
- Stay current with advancements in gastroenterology, including AI-assisted diagnostics and minimally invasive techniques.
- Educate patients and families on preventive care, dietary adjustments, and long-term disease management.
- Participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service standards.
- Maintain meticulous medical records and compliance with local and international healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Board certification in Gastroenterology (or equivalent international recognition).
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy.
- Proven expertise in managing complex GI cases, including early cancer detection and advanced liver disease.
- Fluency in English (additional proficiency in Indonesian/Bahasa is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with a diverse patient population.
- Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and digital health tools.
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and continuous professional development.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (visa sponsorship provided for qualified candidates).
