Responsibility
- Install, calibrate, and maintain biomedical and aesthetic equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Diagnose and repair technical issues, replacing faulty components and conducting thorough testing to verify functionality.
- Provide technical training and support to healthcare staff on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including maintenance logs, repair reports, and inventory of spare parts.
- Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to source parts, update software, and stay informed about new technologies.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including safety and quality standards for medical devices.
- Respond to emergency service calls promptly, providing on-site support to resolve critical equipment failures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in servicing and maintaining biomedical or medical aesthetic equipment.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to read schematics, use diagnostic tools, and interpret technical manuals.
- Certification in biomedical equipment technology or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for service assignments.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards such as ISO 13485 or local medical device regulations is advantageous.
