As a BIM Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in transforming architectural and engineering designs into intelligent 3D models, ensuring seamless coordination between Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) systems. Your expertise in Clash Avoidance Systems (CAS) will be critical in identifying and resolving conflicts before construction begins, saving time and resources while enhancing project outcomes.

Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for MEPF systems using industry-standard software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD MEP).
- Generate and manage For Construction Documents (FCD) with high accuracy and compliance to project specifications.
- Perform clash detection and resolution using CAS tools to ensure seamless integration of all building systems.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to optimize designs for constructability, cost-efficiency, and sustainability.
- Prepare BIM execution plans (BEP) and ensure adherence to project BIM protocols and standards.
- Conduct 4D (scheduling) and 5D (cost estimation) simulations to support project planning and decision-making.
- Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM workflows and best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging BIM technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM Specialist, with a focus on MEPF systems.
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD MEP, and BIM 360 (or similar platforms).
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, MEPF systems, and clash detection principles.
- Experience in FCD production and adherence to international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
- Certifications in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) are a plus.
