Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for plumbing and sanitary systems using Autocad and Revit.
- Prepare and submit construction shop drawings, detail drawings, and as-built documentation with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure BIM models align with project specifications and standards.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues between plumbing/sanitary systems and other disciplines.
- Update and manage BIM databases, ensuring all revisions and changes are accurately documented.
- Generate reports and presentations to communicate BIM progress and insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and workflows.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a BIM Modeller or similar role, with a focus on plumbing and sanitary systems.
- Proficiency in Autocad, Revit, and other BIM software (e.g., Navisworks is a plus).
- Strong understanding of plumbing and sanitary design principles and construction methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to liaise with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Knowledge of Bali/Indonesia building codes and regulations is advantageous.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
