Responsibility
- Develop detailed 3D MEP models (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Fire Protection) using Autodesk Revit.
- Perform comprehensive clash detection and interference management using Navisworks to minimize on-site errors.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to ensure models align with design specifications and local standards.
- Generate high-quality shop drawings, sections, and schedules directly from the BIM model.
- Manage and maintain project data and documentation within the BIM 360 (Autodesk Construction Cloud) environment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of BIM standards and workflows across the organization.
- Participate in coordination meetings to resolve technical issues and optimize design layouts.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience as a BIM Modeller, specifically focusing on MEP systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and BIM 360.
- Strong understanding of MEP design principles and construction documentation.
- Experience in creating families and managing shared parameters within Revit.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex technical drawings.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.
- Professional communication skills for effective team collaboration.
