Responsibility
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for electrical systems in HDB and Condominium projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of electrical designs.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues between MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
- Generate and update shop drawings, schematics, and as-built documentation using BIM software.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Optimize BIM workflows to improve project efficiency and reduce costs.
- Conduct model reviews and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Provide technical support to project teams during construction and installation phases.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modeling, with a focus on electrical systems.
- Proficient in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks (or similar BIM software).
- Experience with HDB or Condominium projects is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with 4D/5D BIM (scheduling and cost estimation) is a plus.
