Responsibility
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for building services (MEP) using industry-standard software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure model coordination and clash detection.
- Generate detailed shop drawings, as-built models, and construction documentation.
- Conduct model reviews and quality checks to adhere to project standards and specifications.
- Support project teams in resolving design conflicts and optimizing system layouts.
- Implement BIM best practices and workflows to enhance project efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior team members.
- Stay updated with emerging BIM technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience as a BIM Modeller in building services (MEP).
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and coordination processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is a plus.
- Experience with international projects or standards is advantageous.
