Responsibility
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using industry-standard software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks).
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent alignment and clash detection resolution.
- Generate and manage BIM execution plans (BEP) and coordinate model updates across disciplines.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and cost estimations from BIM models to support project budgeting.
- Conduct 4D (scheduling) and 5D (cost) simulations to optimize construction timelines and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with local and international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650, AIA Layering).
- Provide training and support to project teams on BIM workflows and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve model inconsistencies or technical issues to maintain project integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modeling, preferably in the construction or AEC industry.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360 (or equivalent tools).
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and MEP systems.
- Experience with clash detection, coordination, and model federation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with 4D/5D BIM applications is a plus.
- Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is highly advantageous.
