Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, or MEP systems using industry-standard software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD).
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure BIM models align with project specifications and local regulations.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues between disciplines to minimize on-site conflicts.
- Generate construction drawings, schedules, and reports from BIM models to support project execution.
- Optimize BIM workflows to improve project efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
- Conduct BIM coordination meetings and present model updates to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on emerging BIM technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans (BEP) and international standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, MEP Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in BIM modeling for construction projects, with a portfolio showcasing complex architectural/structural/MEP models.
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360; familiarity with Dynamo, Solibri, or Tekla is a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and local regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with 4D (scheduling) and 5D (cost estimation) BIM is highly desirable.
- Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with tight deadlines.
