Responsibility
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using industry-standard software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure BIM models align with project requirements and specifications.
- Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and mitigate potential design conflicts before construction begins.
- Generate detailed construction drawings, schedules, and reports from BIM models to support project execution.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, protocols, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in the coordination of BIM workflows and provide training or support to team members as needed.
- Participate in project meetings to discuss BIM-related issues, progress, and solutions.
- Continuously update and improve BIM models based on feedback and changes in project scope.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Entry-level candidates with relevant coursework or internships are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. Knowledge of additional tools like ArchiCAD or Tekla is a plus.
- Strong understanding of BIM principles, standards, and workflows.
