Responsibility
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil and structural engineering projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with local authorities and stakeholders to obtain necessary permits and approvals for project execution.
- Ensure all projects adhere to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in civil or structural projects.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Civil 3D, and familiarity with project management tools.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in Indonesia.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site across various locations in Bali.
