Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for infrastructure projects using industry-standard software such as Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure accurate and efficient model development.
- Prepare and submit drawings and documentation for authority approvals, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Conduct clash detection and resolution to identify and mitigate potential issues in the design phase.
- Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and best practices.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on model progress and any potential challenges.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in BIM technology and industry trends to enhance project delivery.
- Ensure all models and drawings are accurate, up-to-date, and meet project specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BIM Modeller or similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of construction and engineering principles, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
