Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for MEP systems using industry-standard software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure accurate and efficient design integration.
- Generate and review shop drawings, as-built drawings, and construction documents for industrial and semiconductor projects.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues between MEP systems and structural/architectural elements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and project specifications in all design outputs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior designers and draftsmen.
- Participate in project meetings and present design solutions to stakeholders.
- Continuously update and improve BIM libraries and templates for future projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modeling and CAD design, with a focus on MEP systems.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and their integration within industrial and semiconductor facilities.
- Experience with clash detection and coordination in a BIM environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Knowledge of industry standards and codes relevant to MEP design.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
