Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems using industry-standard software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure model accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
- Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts between different building systems to minimize on-site issues.
- Generate and update construction drawings, schedules, and reports from BIM models to support project execution.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, protocols, and project specifications as defined by the company and clients.
- Conduct quantity takeoffs and cost estimations from BIM models to assist in budgeting and procurement.
- Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM tools and workflows.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM trends, software updates, and industry best practices to enhance efficiency and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a BIM Modeler, BIM Engineer, or similar role in the construction or AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, or similar tools. Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry standards (e.g., IFC, COBie).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to interpret 2D drawings and convert them into accurate 3D models with attention to detail.
- Age maximum 35 years old (as per company policy).
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred to work in an international environment.
