Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for electrical systems in building projects.
- Create accurate shop drawings and construction documents based on architectural and engineering designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure model accuracy and project alignment.
- Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts between electrical systems and other building components.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and project specifications.
- Generate reports and documentation to support project planning and execution.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM software and technologies to enhance modeling efficiency.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BIM Modeler, with a strong portfolio of electrical 3D models and shop drawings.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and building construction processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet project deadlines.
- Familiarity with industry standards and building codes.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
