Responsibility
- Develop and maintain BIM models using Archicad and Revit for architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
- Coordinate BIM workflows across project teams, ensuring alignment with design intent and construction requirements.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts between disciplines to enhance project efficiency.
- Generate and manage BIM documentation, including drawings, schedules, and 3D visualizations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate BIM processes into project execution.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and company protocols.
- Provide training and support to team members on BIM software and best practices.
- Monitor project progress and report on BIM-related deliverables to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in BIM modeling using Archicad and/or Revit.
- Proven experience in BIM coordination for large-scale architectural or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of BIM standards, clash detection tools (e.g., Navisworks), and 4D/5D BIM applications.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, or other CAD software is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles and green building practices is a plus.
