Responsibility
- Develop and implement BIM execution plans (BEP) for high-value infrastructure projects.
- Lead the coordination process between multidisciplinary teams to ensure clash-free design integration.
- Manage the digital asset lifecycle, ensuring compliance with BIM Level 2/3 requirements.
- Conduct regular model audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity and model precision.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to staff on BIM best practices and new software updates.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline data exchange processes and improve project workflows.
- Oversee the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for BIM software and cloud-based collaboration tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in BIM management or senior coordination roles.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, and BIM 360/Construction Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Singapore BIM standards and project delivery requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and resolve complex design coordination issues.
- Professional certification in BIM management is highly regarded.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
