Responsibility
- Coordinate and integrate Civil and M&E BIM models to ensure alignment with project requirements and design intent.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve clashes and conflicts in 3D models using tools like Navisworks, Revit, or BIM 360.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to maintain model accuracy and consistency throughout project lifecycles.
- Develop and enforce BIM execution plans (BEP) and standards in compliance with industry best practices.
- Generate and distribute clash reports, drawings, and quantities to support construction and procurement teams.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to project teams, ensuring BIM workflows are implemented effectively.
- Conduct BIM training sessions for stakeholders to enhance team proficiency in modeling and coordination.
- Monitor project progress and update BIM models to reflect as-built conditions and design changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BIM coordination, with a focus on Civil and M&E systems.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360, and other BIM software.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, MEP systems, and clash detection processes.
- Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or building projects (airports, hospitals, commercial complexes preferred).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650, AIA, or Singapore BIM e-Submission).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
