Responsibility
- Develop and maintain accurate BIM models and CAD drawings for construction and engineering projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
- Perform site coordination to verify design feasibility and resolve technical challenges.
- Prepare and present design documentation, including 2D/3D renderings, to clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct clash detection and model validation to ensure error-free designs.
- Support project teams with technical expertise during construction and installation phases.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM/CAD software and industry best practices.
- Assist in preparing cost estimates and material takeoffs from design models.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in BIM modeling (Revit, Navisworks) or CAD drafting (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Proficiency in BIM 360, Revit, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, structural systems, and MEP coordination.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in Bali as needed.
