Responsibility
- Process and verify billing transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile payment discrepancies and resolve billing inquiries from clients or internal teams.
- Maintain up-to-date records of financial transactions in the company’s accounting system.
- Generate and distribute invoices, statements, and payment reminders as needed.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve billing processes and enhance efficiency.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including preparing reports and financial summaries.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments with professionalism.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and financial data.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and billing processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data.
- Previous internship or part-time experience in finance/accounting is a plus.
