Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on beverage production equipment (filling machines, pasteurizers, conveyors, etc.).
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime.
- Conduct routine inspections and calibration of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with production teams to address technical issues and improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and equipment history.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO).
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Provide training and guidance to junior technicians.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician in a beverage or FMCG manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Certification in occupational health and safety is a plus.
- Willingness to work in shifts and travel across Bali as needed.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
