Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, coffee, and tea, adhering to high-quality standards.
- Engage with guests professionally, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in placing orders for beverages and bar essentials.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols to comply with industry regulations.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new drink trends, techniques, and company standards.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a beverage service role (barista, bartender, or similar) in a high-volume establishment.
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, including classic and modern cocktail recipes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
