Responsibility
- Handle all incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms with professionalism and efficiency.
- Process room bookings, modifications, and cancellations accurately using property management systems (PMS).
- Provide detailed information about room types, rates, promotions, and hotel amenities to potential guests.
- Coordinate with the front office, housekeeping, and sales teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, availability, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues related to reservations promptly and courteously.
- Generate and distribute daily reports on occupancy, reservations, and revenue as required.
- Assist in implementing sales strategies to maximize room occupancy and revenue.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a reservations or front office role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in using property management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
