Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily operations on assigned hotel floors, ensuring smooth guest experiences from check-in to check-out.
- Oversee and mentor a team of hospitality staff, including front desk agents, concierge, and housekeeping, to maintain high service standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism, ensuring prompt resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance, F&B) to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of guest supplies, amenities, and room conditions to uphold hotel standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with brand standards.
- Assist in training new staff members on hotel policies, procedures, and customer service best practices.
- Prepare daily reports on occupancy, guest feedback, and operational issues for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels or resorts.
- Proven track record of leading teams and delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving guest and operational challenges.
- Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera PMS, Amadeus) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications in hospitality (e.g., AHLEI, ServSafe) or first aid are advantageous.
