Responsibility
- Oversee all engineering operations across multiple luxury properties in Bali
- Lead and develop a team of maintenance engineers and technicians
- Implement preventive maintenance programs and energy management systems
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and international hospitality standards
- Manage capital improvement projects and renovation works
- Develop and monitor engineering budgets and cost control measures
- Coordinate with property management on guest-related engineering requests
- Implement sustainability initiatives and green building practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of engineering management experience in hospitality
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Experience with building management systems and energy conservation
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with Indonesian building regulations and safety standards
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluency in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
