Responsibility
- Develop and refine beverage recipes, ensuring they meet quality and taste standards.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create customized beverage solutions.
- Conduct taste tests and gather feedback to improve product offerings.
- Train and mentor team members on beverage preparation techniques and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into beverage development.
- Maintain inventory and ensure the availability of high-quality ingredients.
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote new beverage products.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards in all beverage preparation processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barista, Mixologist, or in a similar role within the beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of coffee, tea, cocktails, and other beverage preparation techniques.
- Creative mindset with a passion for developing unique and innovative beverage recipes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Certification in mixology, barista training, or a related field is a plus.
