Responsibility
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to employee benefits.
- Coordinate with insurance providers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve benefits-related inquiries and issues.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to educate employees about their benefits options.
- Analyze benefits data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the design and rollout of new benefits programs tailored to the needs of our diverse workforce.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Collaborate with the HR team to support broader HR initiatives and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in benefits administration or a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations pertaining to employee benefits in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Proficient in HRIS and benefits administration software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Certification in HR or benefits administration (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
